The front desk staff were very helpful and gave complimentary snacks and cold water on arrival. However, the room was unbearably hot and there was no air conditioning.

Staff very helpful, we were there for a music event at London stadium, we thought we would stay here as it looked good for distance from the gig as everything nearer had sold out , we thought there would be something around like a pub , cafe , coffee shop or restaurant.. there is NOTHING! a fish shop, a kebab shop or a convenience store and that’s your lot .. it’s an area that time forgot.. if you’re staying for a gig please stay a bit further bout where there is more going on , you’ll always get a bus or a tube , regarding the hotel itself the staff were very friendly and breakfast was really nice and good value, the room was unbearably hot , the electrfan was on 24/7 from Friday afternoon till we checked out late Sunday morning , surely air con would be cheaper long term not to mention quieter , also the noise from London airport was prevalent during the day.. nice enough place but too isolated, the room was small , , too hot and too noisy so we,ll look elsewhere next time

Nice little hotel 5 minutes walk from the London Excel. The area is a little deprived and looks sketchy, but the hotel is great. I stayed in the annex, not the hotel; the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival.

Decent budget hotel for the occasion I stayed. The AC worked to perfection. There were issues with the safe in the room I stayed.
However the surrounding area near the hotel is very "community" based, I would not walk around the area when it's dark but it was safe walking to the Excel during the day.

From arriving late evening, the warm welcome, excellent parking, staff assistance, room amenities and 12pm checkout, I cannot fault my stay and I travel for work near Excel often, will definitely be booking here again, thank you so much guys! 😊
