I really enjoyed my stay here, thanks in large part to the kind and helpful staff, who were always on hand to assist with friendly service and patience. My room was clean and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the adjustable fan/heater, which was a lovely touch. The only area I feel could be improved was the breakfast service. The notice in my room stated that breakfast was served from 7–11am; however, when myself and other guests arrived at around 10:40am, we were informed by staff that breakfast had finished at 10am. It would be helpful if the advertised breakfast times were consistent with the actual serving hours to avoid confusion for guests. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would happily return to the hotel in the future. The welcoming and attentive staff made a real difference to my experience, and I would be delighted to see them again. Hopefully, on my next visit, I’ll also get the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast!

Very friendly and nice staff. Had a family room with air con what was a massive saver because was really hot!
