We were put in a room where first the aircon didn’t work, they then said it was fixed but when we returned in the evening it was far too noisy to sleep. They did agree to change rooms but just handed us the key with no offer to help move us over. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Hotel over all seems a bit tired and not 4 star, paper cups in the room made it feel a bit low budget Beds in our new room were however comfortable

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff wad very attentive to the people in our group, who had gluten free allergies. Great location and staff!

We had a friendly welcome. Our room was very large with a view of the pool. We had a large comfortable bed, big tv, air conditioning and WiFi that worked. The bathroom was supplied with toiletries. We used the underground car park at 15 euros a day, come and go as often as you like. We hired towels for the amazing pool - so warm and with plenty of loungers. We had more choice than we needed for breakfast and we ate in the restaurant (not cheap but great food) one evening. We walk to old Bari within 30 minutes on the flat. Safe are to walk even in the evening.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel is located about a 30-minute walk from the historic center of Paris, which may be something to consider if you plan to spend most of your time sightseeing. On the positive side, the hotel offers both a swimming pool and a gym on site, which are great amenities after a day of exploring the city. The hotel was generally very clean. However, we were disappointed to find a significant amount of mold in the shower of our room. While the rest of the room appeared well maintained, this issue should be addressed as it negatively affected our overall impression. One thing to keep in mind is that the laundry service is only available on weekdays and is not offered during weekends, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Despite these concerns, we appreciated the friendly staff and the hotel’s amenities, and overall had a good stay.

This is a great hotel, convenient location and nice, helpful staff. A little tricky to find the parking. Pool and grounds are beautiful.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Romanazzi Carducci. I arrived late on the train from Rome and it was very easy to find from the train station. I was warmly greeted by Francesco, whose customer service was absolutely outstanding! He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and assisted me with finding a local restaurant. The next day, he assisted me again with finding a bank machine. He was amazing, and genuinely wanted to help. The hotel is beautiful, and within walking distance of many sights in Bari. I am so grateful to have found this beautiful hotel in Bari, and hope to return one day. Thank you Francesco for your amazing ability to make me feel so welcome!

The room was very clean, the pool area was beautiful The staff was very helpful and spoke great English

Breakfast needs to be improved seriously in variety of menu options. The table layout also needs to be redesigned. The traffic flow overlaps too much, creating a high risk of collisions between customers or between staff and customers.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hotel is well situated near the train station and local amenities. Highly recommended.
