They don’t clean the room properly, they never had any towels or washcloths and there was a roach crawling on the dresser in the room

The hotel was very nice from the lobby , our room and breakfast area. The lady working the breakfast was so super nice . Everyone was nice. We enjoyed the pool and the massage chairs was amazing.

I was COMPLETELY HAPPY with this hotel in every way.This family runs a well oiled machine.Everyone has their task and exceeds at it from; front desk, check in, maintain/cleaning property,breakfast etc..They answered questions ahead of time before I arrived.They were pleasant at check in, kept our bags while the room was getting ready, held bag after check out as well. Brought new towels and extra bedding to our room.The breakfast alone is reason to stay!! Every option and FRESH.Omelette station, waffle makers ect... and sweet woman who maintains breakfast room with a smile and jumps at every request. Clean pool and shaded gazebo with fresh pool towels always available. The free massage chairs are heavenly after a lot of walking or long drive.Plenty of restaurants walking distance and Broadway is a 10$ uber no problem.Great photo props around hotel for your social media teen too. Give this place a chance- you won't be disaapointed!!!

The rooms were not cleaned properly at all. There were finger prints all over the mirrors, and hair throughout the bathroom. The beds were not made properly. Weird stains behind the bathroom door, which looked a bit like makeup. The hotel also had a weird smell. The breakfast was yummy though, and the breakfast attendant was very sweet.

So many positive things but hotel is dated and needs a few updates but breakfast was great, they have water, lemonade and coffee in the lobby for free, The rooms were solid. Shower was weird as the shower head comes out of the ceiling and ours didn’t change temperature with the spigot in the tub. Very hot. Stinks to pay for parking ($20/day) but I get it. Those are my few complaints but All in all a nice stay

The room was dirty the bathroom floor and tub was filthy! We had booked a 2 day stay and after not sleeping the first night in a 2 bedroom suite because the pillows and bed were horrible!!! We checked out the next morning early and they refused to refund my money for the next night!! I had booked another room at the Canopy right down the road and THEY were AMAZING!!

Upon inspecting the room, I found the mattresses and bedding in an extremely dirty condition with clearly visible signs of bedbugs (fecal spots / shed skins / blood spots.) The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I reported the problem to staff. Their response was dismissive and they made no meaningful effort to resolve it (move me, offer a different room that was inspected, refund the night, or arrange professional treatment). This is a health and safety issue. Best Western’s brand standards require rooms free of pests and maintained to a basic level of cleanliness. This property failed both.

Loved the massage chairs. Wonderful staff

The breakfast and room were great. I just hate that they charge for parking. Give a room discount and make it back by getting 25 a day to leave my car. Disgusting.
