This type of one bedroom apartment was unsuitable for hire. Really Disappointed that Ridges would even consider letting for someone to stay in that particular run down room. Curtains had tears, inner curtains all stained, 2 seater all stained, carpet stained, kitchen not fit for a hostel, I could go on, however we did say to reception and they confirmed the hotel was full and they would provide a refurbished one bed apart the following day.
Next day at reception we were informed that they were having to charge extra for the change of room.
We ended up taking a lesser open plan refurbished room but they could not provide any refund as this room cost less.
Happy once moved for the final 2 nights in the open plan apartment.

Our apartment was clean and a great location. Only downside was the lack of full size fridge with freezer and the noise from the road through the night.
This was a great place though. Staff could not have been friendlier. No hassles whatsoever.

Clean and spacious room. Cooking facilities were ideal for what we wanted. Close to Darling Harbour and Town Hall station. Would recommend and would stay there again.

The room was great, clean spacious and the kitchen was well equipped, nice space on the balcony and the bathroom even had a makeup station which was great!
Staff at the front where great at check in, however when I requested a late check out (which was 4 days in advance) I was told, yes should be fine, we can tell you in the day, then at 7am day of check out I was told, sorry we are already at capacity for late check outs.. whilst this didn’t effect our overall stay, it did our final day staying there.
Breakfast was great every morning, always plenty, great variety and fresh.
Will be great when the pool is finished, the gym could do with a good clean up.
