From the moment you arrive, the staff are exceptionally helpful. At the front desk, Vincent provided us with a map of the city to help orient us, and a business card of the hotel which we used often with cabbies who couldn't understand our accent. The hotel is well appointed, elegant but not stuffy. The breakfast is a large spread with everything: eggs, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. We booked a king bed, and it was actually a real king, with luxury sheets, the pillows are a bit flat but they brought us extra pillows. The bathrooms are spotless and the shower has great water pressure. You have A/C that you can adjust with a remote from the comfort of your bed. The attached restaurant is an added bonus, run by Alessio, is a perfect retreat when you are tired from too much walking. The food is exceptional. I have already recommended this hotel to friends who have booked it for July. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is quaint and beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing the sites and centrally located on a quiet street. Within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum as well as cafes and restaurants. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful from before our arrival until we left. I would highly recommend!

The hotel in general was satisfactory. We stayed there for two nights and had a room on the front of the building above the restaurant. It was quite noisy each night as we could clearly hear people talking in or around the restaurant. The main entrance is there as well, could hear people coming and going. The girl on the front desk was very nice. The stay was okay.

The hotel has larger rooms and is clean. The front desk staff are professional but not particularly warm or welcoming. As a result, you may feel somewhat reluctant to ask for additional assistance or requests. They don't provide any drinking water for your stay. I will not stay here again next time.

Having stayed there with satisfaction many times in the past it was disappointing to experience the decline in overall quality of this hotel coupled with an exorbitant increase in price. Will not be staying there again any time soon.

Great location, amazing staff always helpful and so friendly, clean and renovated, in a heart of Rome. We will be back to stay here for sure.

Great location near attractions but in quieter area. Breakfast was sumptuous, hotel restaurant was excellent Staff were very helpful, housekeepers very good. Would definitely stay here again

Great Italian hotel in the heart of Rome center. Near all attractions and great restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable room, great staff, make sure you feel at home. Vincenzo the manager was awesome
