Tbh the hotel itself was luxurious and spacious on the outside. But don't think that this hotel is that good yet. First what happened was that we arrived at Movenpick at 3:30 pm aproximately and we had to wait at least 1 hour 30 mins to check in and not only that, they alo didn't have our room ready so they gave us a more down graded and smaller room! For dinner at that place the service was okay. They were telling us something but we didnt understand so we asked again but it was still unclear. The staff also didnt socialise that much with the people who stayed there. The room walls are thin so in the morning we could hear noise which interrupted our sleep. Also in the bathroom the small amenities in packets had the following: toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, shower cap and vanity tools. If you are thinking why I'm listing amenities is because when i opened the toothbrush and toothpaste, the paste was stored in a literal sachet and it was tiny. Yes there were sandals but they were so flat yout would think you were walking on the ground. Also even though you are living in the hotel itself you still have to pay for various thing in the resort. Despite ALL these problems i still liked some aspects of the hotel like the spacious pool, tasty food and drinks( personal fav fruity water and margharita pizza), luxurious places inside, spa( has kids spa too) and last but not least the close beach but sadly it wasn't part of the resort. But overall it was a good experience there.

This is a lovely hotel especially if you have kids or are looking to be around families and couples. It's 7mins walk to the beach which is lovely. The pools are well maintained and chocolate hour everyday is a treat. The downside, my initial room faces the mall next door so there was music playing at 7am which woke me. Then I was moved to a room also in the 27xx series and this time it was next to the bar. Luckily the music stopped early. Make sure you have wifi when you land if you order a transfer as I had to call the hotel since I waited for 30mins and the map of where the lounge is isn't particularly easy to read. That said , it has amazing food ,staff and service.

The resort is equipped with facilities for toddler as well as young kids. Perfect family setup with humble and friendly staff. Best surprise was the arrival of 3 furry friends (dog) everyday at the kids club. Such a rewarding experience for everyone. And don’t miss the chocolate hour - it’s one for the sweet tooth’s. Highly recommend if kids pool, kids club, dogs and chocolate are on the agenda for relaxation.

Really nice hotel, short walk from the beach. Excellent breakfast with literally endless choice. The rooftop restaurant/bar is top notch. We were here as a couple but bear in mind it is a very family oriented hotel. Never bothered us and there seems to be loads going so the parents could relax. Amazing pool facilities for kids. Set in a nice local Balinese area with a super modern mini mall attached. As everywhere else on this island the staff are impeccable. Would deffo recommend.
