Always greeted with a warm welcome. Heritage Queen Room 102 is spacious, comfortable but had twin bed, which was okay on this occasion due to surgery. Overlooks laneways where large bins are kept so night time can get noisy. Shower over bath can be prove problematic for people who have precarious mobility and anxiety about risk of slipping. Coffee machine always a plus. Bottled water provided. Kitchenette with all you need for low key cooking. Plenty of hanging space for clothes. Washing machine invaluable. Cleaning every 3 days, unless requested. Staff always very accommodating and friendly. Buffet breakfast provides a variety of ready made hot or cold food and drinks, as well as snacks. Love this accommodation and location. Thank you

Luar Biasa Amazing boutique hotel with everything you will need for an amazing stay. Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was incredible. Rooms are large and very well equipped. Fabulous position for everything in Melbourne CBD. Highly recommend.

I truly thank Joe for being so warm, caring, considerate and attentive with my family during our stay. We needed for nothing. The facilities were abundant for our needs. Apartment 108 - Spacious living areas, bedrooms, full bathroom, extra toilet, kitchenette and dining. There were tvs in both bedrooms and in the main living space. It was on two levels, living space downstairs, bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Plenty of storage and hanging space throughout. Extra blanket for cosying up on the lounge chairs. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold foods and drink. A beautiful relaxing environment, enjoyable music while we ate breakfast in an unhurried manner *just the way I like to start my day). Thank you Treasury on Collins for sharing this exquisite historical building and honouring its charm. Thank you for your service delivery and clear communication. Your service exudes warmth and welcome.

Historic bank building with lots of character. As a guest you had full buffet on the mezzanine floor. Very quiet comfortable room with boutique property feel.

Great location. Room was a good size and had everything we needed. The included buffet breakfast was great and we loved the little extras like the guest lounge and the “wine down “ time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Faultless. Easy check in, great location in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, complimentary wine on arrival and 24/7 snacks. Free billiards. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Would happily stay again.

Luar Biasa Loft apartment was amazing. Very handy size for a family of four compared to a "pokey" hotel room. Plenty of room to relax. Beds were good. Room was clean. The complimentary snack bar (downstairs at reception) was certainly an added novelty / bonus - a very nice touch that I hope continues in the years to come. Breakfast bar was simple yet superior quality. Coffee machines worked well. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience.
