Great hotel in town centre, have been several times before from 2010 to 2015. Hotel has had a complete makeover! Spacious room, comfy bed and good selection of food options for continental breakfast!

Comfortable clean place, it is a lovely town house. Staff are very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was nice. Very close to city centre. I would highly recommend.

Location handy for a number of different nearby places. I parked in the NPC Brewery Car Park for added security which is 15 mins walk away. Bed is comfy and room is nice. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is continental only.

I was disappointed as the shower in the room was not working properly. The water was either tooo hot and if you turned it down it was stone cold. I couldnt have a proper shower before going for my course. I would have asked for a room swap if I checked the shower at night. I was helpless as I had to leave for my course at 7.45 am
