Outstanding Hospitality and Rooftop Experience. The rooftop experience was exceptional, and the staff truly enhanced it. Zeek, Richie, and especially David, the manager, along with Madison, Angie, and Tesla at the front desk, provided outstanding service—enough that I made a point of noting their names for recognition

Family friendly. Great location. Near lots of restaurants and activities.

Sink faucet was leaking. Shower was having problems. The room had poor lighting. The pillows were extremely stiff. All other Andaz’s I have stayed at have been great besides this one.

Front desk was rude and not helpful, would not recommend.

I asked to upgrade my room to two beds and they did not mention I was getting an ADA room. The view was to a homeless encampment across the street. The streets were so dirty.

There was lots of homeless around the property. The roof top pool was warm but the food was over price in my opinion. I was afraid of walking outside at daytime but at nighttime i felt more safer because theres more people. I didnt like how the queen size room had glass wall. There was no privacy lol. You can hear every sound lol

Our stay this weekend left quite a bit to be desired. for starters I booked a deluxe king with a sofa which we did not get. our room was very dusty with paint overspray on furniture. The carpets in the hallways look like they haven't been vacuumed in several weeks with visable hair and trash everywhere. Yesterday when we returned from our daily activities the room had been serviced with new towels but they forgot not put a flat sheet on the bed and also left the room service tray from our breakfast on the desk. I also believe the staff must have inadvertently picked up a pair of my husband's pants while servicing the room. This morning as we left the room there was a pile of broken drywall and dust against the wall across from our room. 2 hours ago Also we had the rooftop booked yesterday for 8 people in the lounge area and when we arrived at our designated time we were told they didn't have any space available for us. They then proceeded to seat us in the closed area, it was at least 20 min before we saw any server. For the amount of money we paid for this hotel we would expect to have a clean room and steller service, of which we had neither. We need to be refunded for our stay. This was the worst experience we have had at a hotel, let alone a "high end" hotel.
