The property was fantastic, but the best part was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. They upgraded our room to a pool view and even gave us a 10% discount on food and beverages. The manager personally showed us our room and even offered complimentary coffee. This level of hospitality is truly unmatched in any other hotel I鈥檝e stayed in. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle, bottled water, hair dryer, and bath essentials. The gym and pool were also great. The view from our room was stunning, and the property was conveniently walkable. The restaurant was also excellent, with delicious and reasonably priced food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with the best hospitality in Gurgaon.
