This is the message I sent directly to EVEN hotel after my stay. I got no reply to it.
Hi. I wanted to let you know about an experience I had while staying with you this weekend. It happened between 8.30am and 9am on Sunday May 31st, in the breakfast area.
The woman who was on duty (I didn't see a name badge but she was about 5'4'', dark skin, wearing a dark suit and aged between 40 and 50) was so incredibly rude (to me and several other guests), she came across as extremely angry and I was pretty shocked at her behaviour.
I think she either needs serious therapy and mental health assistance or she is a person not suited for a customer facing role. Either way I wanted to report her so she can be helped or removed from that role.

I travel A LOT and spend plenty of time in hotels and this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I've had in quite some time. The room was amazing. I have zero complaints and if I could pack up this hotel and take it with me wherever I'm going, I would. I typically stay closer to Manhattan when in NY, but I will now seek this hotel as my first option.

Decent enough Hotel with comfortable bed and bathroom facilities as expected. Disappointing menu for evening dinner, not a great choice if you don’t like fried food! The other issue is all the extra charges that are levied on your charge card which weren’t previously mentioned when booking the room with breakfast included. This needs to be better explained to Customers. Location ok, near a few subway stations so access to central Manhattan was fine.
