Convenient location and friendly staff. Very cost effective, good value. Would do well with an update/bit of renovation but good value if one only wants a bed and a private bathroom. Very simple but value for money

Very run down hotel. It is much in need of new facilities and furniture. Even a lick of professionally applied paint would help over the current situation.

The place is very close to the train station. My room was looking towards the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. It has most standard hotel conveniences. They only had one pillow, so I ordered one and they gave it to me.

The staff is kind, and the room was very little but warm and clean.
The problem is that the area is not safe and the guests of the hotel are not recommendable. During the 3 nights I spent there I heard people shouting and slamming doors in the corridors, listening to loud music and hrowing up. All night long! A nightmare.
The wifi was useless.

helpful staff. Room ok apart from ridiculously small entrance to toilet sink! I couldn't use the sink properly because the doorway wasn't wide enough to stand in and a shelf above the sink made it difficult to get my head over it. Otherwise all ok although it's always a bit disappointing when there's no drink or drink-making option.
Great location within 3 minutes of the main station and quiet.

I chose the hotel due to its proximity to the train station. Soundproofing was good. The room did get very warm and stuffy.

Luar Biasa Very friendly and helpful. Close to the bahnhof. They were able to let me check in early and did so with a smile. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

Sangat Baik Hotel is near the main train station and trams, easy to find. Only real complaint was the bed is very hard. While I like a good firm mattress, these were just too hard. The good side is their service. I called the front desk for a wake up call, but the poor guy couldn't understand what time I wanted to be called (I don't speak German). But when I hung up, I thought he had it right. 5 minutes later, there was a knock on my door. The front desk man had come to my 3rd floor room with a pencil and paper so I could write down the time I wanted the wake up call! And at exactly the correct time the next morning, my phone rang!
