There were CIGARETTE BURNS on the SHEETS in a NON SMOKING ROOM. the door didn't even lock!!! it was like misaligned with the strike plate or something idk we had to barricade the door with our suitcases. There was a RAW RUSTED SHARP EDGE on the sink, which looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. Not only did the door not lock, you can see through the bottom edge because it had been previously kicked in or something, the door was completely bent at the bottom which let in all the sounds and smells from outside. The AC stunk so we had to sleep without any air conditioning. The shower also had random raw edges and the shower head was coated in limescale buildup, has anyone ever even washed it before?? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

100$ deposit required on check in?! Why not include in price to reserve. Loud guest, parking lot used by non residents

Kind front staffs, room was budget friendly, ac was perfect ,need to upgrade the rooms.

The good would be the staff was amazing very friendly very helpful. The beds were actually comfortable. But for no smoking property the potent smell of weed and cigarettes was overwhelming not to mention the cigarette holes in the sheets on the bed. The main door didn’t shut properly. The locks didn’t work and it sounded like we were right in the middle of the freeway there was no plug for the bathtub not that you would want to have a bath in it.

During prime tourist season. Since most hotels are quite expensive. Tourists take the bare minimum. Come here. Transportation to the airport is provided. Think there's a snack provided out the door. 7-10am. I missed it. My 1st room air conditioner was inoperable. My 2nd room had good air conditioner. A missing smoke detector was noticed. Where one was. Maybe some day. Someone might resurrect this place. Its by I-5. By truck stops. Convenience store. High priced.

No mad service, no free breakfast, filthy room smoke detector removed from wall and placed inside a plastic bag, the toilet moved around not secured to floor, bathtub chipped and no non slip. Furniture was old and damaged, mattress was lumpy, had to go to office for towels. The key card worked about 1/2 the time and if I was returning to the property after 10pm the office was locked. Had to do my business (trying to get my key to work) thru the window. Another time I was at the office again trying to get my key to work and there was a sign on the door that said the staff will return shortly. I was one of several that were waiting for the front desk to be staffed. I will never stay there again.

Was told they had breakfast,I was told at motel to go to Jack in the Box,no AC in the room was told to open window Wich did not work over all I will not be back.

just disgusting. literally pay 50 dollars extra and go stay at a nicer place

My mother stayed and she said it was dark when she arrived and her side of the building had no lighting, also her door wouldn’t lock and only the chain worked. She wrote this: I'll just hang out in the lobby. I'm sorry I couldn't last another minute in that room. Came down here for coffee and the pot was empty and the lady was pissed to have to make another pot for me. Literally said "what a waste to make a pot for one person". I'm going to send you a video. You have to reserve shuttle service in advance!!! She said neither the room nor the lobby looked as advertised. The bathroom counters had cracks and the bedding had hair on it. She slept in her clothes because she couldn’t trust the bedding. Also from my mother: I know that you think from the advertisement that you're getting a gem. But sometimes the reality is opposite. The place is old, but it doesn't have to be so filthy.

Don’t take that place because it is very poor bedding. The bathroom is bad broken everything dirty, dirty, dirty dirty dirty please do not take that hotel. I do not recommend anybody to take that place faces
