Night shift staff are not nice. They have an attitude. They are not approachable.

Train system in Sydney is excellent and a station very close to View Sydney. Clean and comfortable. Great staff.

Public transportation very accessable including restaurants & grocery

Good area to stay as it is beside train station.

The Stay was excellent. I met someone in the bar for a pre dinner drink. The wines by the glass very average with no selection

Great location, great view, genuinely loved every bit of it

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. I waited a long time to check in, and the reception team told me they would send me an email once the room was available. However, I never received any update, even though I was waiting in the lobby directly in front of them. They also did not apologise for failing to follow up. The room also did not have any USB charging ports, which was inconvenient. When I asked reception if they had any available, they said they did not. Overall, the hotel feels very old and poorly maintained, and the service experience was below expectations.

Great location. Train and bus at door. Easy to head into Sydney CBD from hotel. Staff lovely, room clean and had a fabulous city view of Harbour Bridge, Luna Park, Neutral Bay. Had a lovely stay.

The harbour view was wonderful! Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. 5 stars absolutely on customer service. Food at the restaurant was alright.. nothing flashy, but that being said it was also very affordable compared to a lot of places these days - so I guess expect quality to match cost. The rooms themselves are clean, neat and welcoming... However... There was only one thing that stops me from giving overall 5 stars. What the hotel fails to mention, is that they are directly located above a train line. This means you can expect extremely restless nights, especially the lower you are to ground floor. My husband and I both used ear plugs for the duration of our stay, and still got woken by the train and room vibrations a number of times. A really beautiful hotel and experience overall, but unfortunately we would not return simply due to the lack of sleep. It's such a shame this is the only thing that lets the hotel down, especially when it's not something they have control over.
