We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special thank you to Tatiana at the front desk for welcoming us so warmly and making us feel at home from the moment we arrived and Rodes, who took excellent care of us at the pool area and restaurant throughout our stay. Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure guests were happy. The hotel is in a great location, and our room was always spotless and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available, and you can also order additional items to suit your preferences. We were especially impressed by how quickly the staff responded to our messages and calls. Whenever we needed transportation within the hotel grounds, a golf cart was sent promptly. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the entire team made us feel like family. We truly felt at home and would gladly return.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the views, I could never get tired of them! From the time you step onto the property, the staff were amazing. A surprise that definitely came in handy was the golf cart rides around the property. I love that I could call the front desk arrange for a transportation and a staff would pick us up with the golf cart and take us to the parking lot where a car would be waiting. It also gave me an opportunity to enjoy the views as we rode down the hill. Upon entering the room, a bottle of champagne with a hand written note and macrons awaited us! The breakfast was very good and had a variety with eggs made to order. We did order room service once, and it was really good as well. Unfortunately we didn’t do dinner on the property. We decided to get a room with a private pool and we really enjoyed it. You could see the views from the pool as well. The service was phenomenal. Especially the staff who cleaned the rooms. Each time we returned to the room, it felt like we just checked in. Towards the end of our staff came around to deliver a sweet treat. Location wise, it was a short drive to Mykonos town and about a 15-20 minute drive to all the popular beach clubs. Near the hotel are a couple of restaurants you can walk to. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Once in Mykonos.

This resort sets the bar very high on luxury and amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and close to bus routes and beaches. The pool bar and restaurant are lovely. The rooms are relaxing and well maintained. The breakfast is phenomenal!! We will stay here again and again.

I recently stayed at Once in Mykonos, and unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by its online presence. To clarify, while this hotel offers some positive aspects, it certainly does not deserve a 5-star rating, and I would rate it more as a solid 4-star property, but not much more. Let’s start with the rooms. They are much smaller and less comfortable than they appear in the photos. The pictures on the booking websites, like Hotels.com, are not accurate — the rooms look much more spacious and modern in the images. The linens and towels were old and worn out, which was a big disappointment. When staying at a luxury hotel, I expect a certain level of comfort and cleanliness, and this did not meet the mark. The service was excellent, however. The staff were all friendly and courteous, but despite their nice demeanor, they were not quite prepared for a true 5-star experience. There was a distinct difference in the level of professionalism one might expect at a high-end property. For instance, the few Greek staff members I encountered would repeatedly say, “we will call you back” — but nothing ever happened, which was frustrating. Additionally, it’s worth noting that you cannot hire outside massage therapists for your room due to “security reasons,” which was an odd restriction. The hotel’s restaurant serves decent food, but it’s nothing spectacular — I would say it’s average, at best.

Awesome hotel.

Unfortunately due to travel delays we lost a lot of time at this property but when we arrived they made sure to expedite our checking and set up transportation for that evenings dinner. The young lady at the boutique was amazing in helping us get clothes since our luggage didn’t arrive until midnight before checkout. Breakfast was delicious and the short time on property was delightful. Wonderful view of the water.

Great location and views of boats on water. Entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the hotel.

Beauty location, great views, a little windy due to the elevation. Great staff, very knowledgeable and hospitable.
