Great experience the person that checked us in was amazing. I believe her name started with B but she was great and made our check in experience lovely. I would recommend this location to any friends and families members hoping to stay in New Orleans!

It was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, the room appeared poorly maintained. The bathroom was covered in mold, had strange stains and textures on several surfaces, and had a persistent unpleasant odor that never went away during my stay. The room itself was dusty, making it feel as though it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. Housekeeping was also extremely inadequate. During my entire seven-day stay, the room was only cleaned once. Even then, basic services were neglected. Trash was left in the room, used towels were not replaced, and fresh towels were rarely provided. For a hotel stay of this length, this level of service is unacceptable. There were also clear maintenance and safety concerns. The door had missing and crooked screws, giving the impression that repairs had either been done improperly or ignored altogether. Small details like this contributed to an overall feeling of neglect throughout the property. To make matters worse, the elevator serving the sixth floor had a strong odor that smelled like something rotting. Every trip to and from the room was unpleasant because of the smell. The hotel felt dirty, poorly maintained, and badly managed. The lack of cleanliness, infrequent housekeeping, unresolved maintenance issues, and unpleasant odors throughout the property made what should have been a relaxing stay a very frustrating

The room was very comfortable and clean. However the staff were exceptional!!!!Very friendly, professional and accommodating. I would definitely stay here on future visits to New Orleans.

Overall good hotel. There were a few things lacking but still comfortable.

The location is amazing, walkable and easy public transit to everywhere in town including the airport at no extra cost with day pass! The room is very clean and staff is friendly to help you store luggage. Check in is smooth online. The only complaint is the continuous facility (not sure if air condition or not) noise if you have room facing the government building at the back as we have. And we don’t find the way to modify the temperature or turn it off. It is acceptable though, and the room is a bit dark because the limited distance from the building as well. But consider the overall value, we like our stay and enjoy the trip!
