Photos are completely misleading. Doors wouldn't lock, the place was filthy and so disappointed with our stay.

Terrible place.

The receptionist is never in the reception. I knocked and knocked, rang bell & finally phoned her.....this was 2:00pm usual check-in time. Curtains were ripped and had holes. carpet had been worn down in places, no toilet paper anywhere in the room. Just old and unloved.

Do not book! Nothing had been cleaned or wiped down in a good long while. Carpets and blinds were ripped, damaged and stained. Pool was green. Piles of junk next to car park, (fridges, old tyres, green waste, rubbish) All around gives the Ick. Would not recommend.

Property appears to be run down. Staff were pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Overall, expectations set from booking online were not met. I cannot see myself staying at this property again unless it undergoes significant renovations/upgrades.

The staff were professional and the room was clean and tidy in a quite location.

Floor was a bit dirty and needed a good vacuum. Drinks were left in fridge not belonging to me. Dishes had been washed and left in draining tray not put away. Shower head needs replacing, when having a shower hardly came out and it was more of a quick wash.

There was a fan in the bathroom with a cord just dangling not plugged in anywhere to turn the lamps on and off. You have to turn them on and off at the PowerPoint. Only one PowerPoint on one side of the bed. The doona had no cover on it and had stains all over it. The bedside tables had dust so thick that you could see it and it looks like the last person‘s dishes had been left on the sink.

Staff were pleasant, however there is rubbish all over the property, the pool was empty and a lot of things around the property are not in good condition. The bathtub was dusty and had black hairs all over it.

Having been before... and then this visit... we won't return. On the first visit it was evident that the property was old, but it still presented ok. Clean and tidy. THIS visit 😱 what happened? A general condition of untidiness and lack of care. Rubbish stacked around the walls, pool out of commission, rooms really needed a serious deep clean. Having to go to Reception to ask for toilet paper really demonstrated a lack of attention to basic detail. TBH we should have checked out, but on day one we'd travelled all day and we're just too tired. (BTW check the rate you're charged as they attempted to charge us almost 50% more than that quoted by Wotif)
