My room was not clean, had to have staff come change my sheets upon arrival. The dinning areas were not cleaned once during the stay. Every time I sat down I had to clean the table myself. Breakfast didn’t have many options for alternative diets. Overall, very disappointing.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and ready to answer questions. Shuttle service was good too. It looked like some renovations were in progress. Only criticism is the number of plugs or charging ports was limited and obviously overused and worn. Some did not work at all.

This Hampton Inn is conveniently close to the Boston Logan airport. They have a shuttle that run 24/7. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms a nice and good sized too!

The hotel needs a facelift. It is very old, smelt bad due to old carpet. We tried to open the window for fresh air but we could not. Lucky that we stayed only one night as layover for our early flight next morning. We would not come back to this hotel.

I had a good stay overall. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked very well, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The exterior of the property and the elevators could have been cleaner, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Difficult to reach from other parts of the city via public transport except from the airport since they offer free shuttle to and from the airport. Most hotels in Boston offer complimentary bottle(s) of water, not this one. No microwave unit in the rooms.

Dirty seating and carpets in the lobby, reception area, and hallways. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was average…not great but not bad either. This is not a picturesque part of Boston. Breakfast was sufficient, just don’t expect much. Overall average score.
