Our stay was overall good for the price. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bedding was comfortable, and we enjoyed having cable TV. The 24‑hour front desk was accurate, and staff were polite and available when needed. We also appreciated the help with our bags at checkout. Some amenities listed online weren’t clearly explained during check‑in, and based on the listed amenities, the process was vague — including housekeeping, the front‑desk safe, ATM/banking services, multilingual staff (seemed to only speak Spanish?), and tour/ticket assistance. We used the restaurant one time for breakfast, but a small, printed menu with dish names and ingredients would really help tourists unfamiliar with local dishes. Overall, this is a clean and comfortable place, and with clearer communication about amenities, the guest experience could be even smoother.

Simple but perfect!.. Breakfast cooked a minute! Well Done! Great location and good value for money. If you want to avoid the big hotels in Cancun's beach it is very nice to be in the town center...Mexican atmosphere, good food and great atmosphere.

Parking was easily, Completely remodeled. Very nice. Highly recommended.
