Very clean and great location , there was a little bit of delay in check in

When I read Breakfast available I thought Continental breakfast. For the price you should at least get something for under $14. Fool me once.

Great hotel - clean, quiet & all the amenities like gym, pool, breakfast. Only odd thing was no coffee maker in room

STAY AWAY!! When we checked into this hotel at 12:20 AM and entered our room, there was coffee cup trash on the floor at the side of the bed. We went downstairs to get a room change and when checking into that room, the shower in the bathroom was dirty and has not been cleaned. We went back down to the front desk and they had us check out a third room which still was not great, but it was so late and after making phone calls to try to switch hotels, there wasnt any availability at any local hotels. The room had long hair all over the desk and chair seat, the shower drain was clogged, the room phone didn’t work and was continuously beeping even when unplugged. My husband unplugged the phone and went down to the front desk to bring him the phone and explained to the front office manager, Michelle the situation with the Shower, etc., only to have her say to my husband, “you are very animated“ and was not very friendly and concerned of my situation. This is the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at and the staff was extremely rude!! Stay away at all costs.

Horrible experience. I understand we had a power outage but the hotel handle it very poorly and they were not sympathetic or trying to show additional care or assistance.

The front desk lady was truly amazing!! I mistakenly did not book my room for that day. She fixed all my issues so I did not have to rebook again. Awesome service felt like home. 100 rated!!

From the outside and the lobby it looks nice as soon as I got upstairs it was a different story. I had to push my door open a little harder than normal (this isn’t an issue) but my sink wasn’t draining properly, the shower wasn’t the cleanest and there was a stain on my sheets. Luckily this was only for a 24 hour stay, and I don’t think I will be back.

Michelle at the desk was very helpful as was the entire staff!!!
