The staff was pleasant and check-in was a smooth transition. The concerns with this accommodation has more to do with the lack of cleaning and inability of the owners to maintain the property. The rooms had dated and soiled furniture , the bathroom smelled like sewage and there were bugs everywhere underneath the living room rug. The bathroom door had a brown substance smeared on it and the floors and surfaces were not sanitized - quite dusty. I did a significant amount of cleaning myself and could not sit on the couches. The property is conveniently located near the train (SNCF) , buses and walking distance to Monaco. I believe these factors contribute to their asking price point.

Location was the only good thing about this hotel.
