Needs to be an outlet next to the bed - could not use Cpap machine Stairs to main bedroom were a surprise for a mobility limited person - but that's on me for not investigating more Zara (Sarah) at the front desk was amazing and so very very helpful with plans and printing our boarding passes, getting taxis and limos. Thank you!

My family of four (two adults & two teenagers) had an excellent experience. The room was clean & comfortable, the people were helpful, and the location was perfect. An easy ride on the subway to/from the airport and short walks to restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel very close the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and helped us find places to eat. Breakfast had great choices and the chef made fresh omelette and eggs for us. This was definitely a great urban hotel for our family vacation.

Staff was very excellent. I was helping I was accommodating air conditioner worked wonderfully, especially during the heat wave.

Awesome place, if you wanna feel spirit of something you imagined on Paris this is the place.

Room was very clean; staff friendly and always smiling. Wi-fi was good. We didn’t include breakfast in our stay so we cannot rate it. The rooms are very small, but similar to most European hotels. The location was optimal for the activities that we had planned.

Needing a room for three people in Europe can be difficult but this hotel had a nice space for us. Small elevator allowed us to get our luggage to our floor, which is all we needed it for. The room had air conditioning which was also nice. Towels were my only issue - very thin and no washcloths (though this may be an American complaint) but this should not deter you. As for location, it is right by Rue Cler which had good food options. Easy walk to Eiffel Tower. Might not be where we stay next time because of wanting to explore another part of the city, but I would recommend the hotel for travelers.

Our room was odd. There was no living area. Just two sleeping areas. For what we paid, it was surprising how few amenities were provided. The bathroom, however, was large and well-equipped. The air conditioner and refrigerator worked poorly but fortunately we primarily returned to the hotel to sleep. Another odd thing about this hotel is that you were not permitted to keep your room key with you when leaving. Each time you leave or return to the hotel, you have to drop off/pick up your room key. What made the experience a positive one were the staff and the location. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to see each day. The location was also very convenient, in close proximity to many cute shops, restaurants, and public transportation as well as walking distance to many major attractions, including the Eiffel Tower.

Beautiful boutique hotel, efficient and clean, located in a wonderful neighborhood central to many attractions and shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly, professional and caring. Breakfast options were very accommodating, amazing French pastries and, with the premium option, they'll cook you a delicious omelette. The open windows and outside spring air made the room comfortable so no need for A/C (which is available later for summer temperatures). I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
