The property and Check in process were efficient and as described, clean, however it could use some upgrades/renovations due to evident wear and tear through the years (worn out bed & sofa bed/broken shower head holder/bathtub visible cracks/rug/kitchen light fixture hanging) that were not visible on listing photos.

Would never stay here again apartment was not what was advertised online by the online. We thought we was booking a luxury apartment! Really not clean needed a whole new refurb, shower head was held together by tape, cracks in floors of bathroom and bath glued together, stains all over carpets. Asked to check out as it was that bad! communication with hotel staff was awful AVOID!

For the discount we received the room was what we needed, cleanliness wise it would seem it only gets a once over between guests a deep clean inside and out wouldn’t hurt, the view is spectacular however hindered by the mess that is currently all over the glass on the balcony
The furniture available to sit was not favourable honestly we chose to not utilise this area for hygiene reasons purely based on the suspect stains on the edge of the cushions that greet you as soon as you walk in the door, the arm is missing off the sofa lounge also exposing the inside of the sofa not great for little hands to get into
The furniture should have been brought to your attention prior to our stay as It’s very noticeable. It’s very off putting as are the sweat stains along the arm rest and head rest of the lounges.
The location five stars, the wildlife having breakfast with our four year-old on the balcony five stars! Other than general cleaning and the state of the fabric couches we would definitely book with you guys again!
