The property is firstly very centrally located with almost everything in walking distance (main old city attractions, food, 7-eleven, cafes, etc)
The property itself is well maintained, rooms are spacious with good amount of amenities in it and staff is very helpful and polite. They will try to go above and beyond if you request anything.
The buffet breakfast served is good with wide selection.

We found the staff to be friendly and the rooms were clean and well kept. However, our first night was very disrupted as the back side of the hotel is close to a club, with loud music playing until around 6am, so we didn’t get much sleep. The staff were helpful in moving us to a room at the front of the hotel the next morning, where it was much quieter.

Sangat Baik hotel was good, good size room, bathroom, shower changed water temperature continously. breakfast variety/quality was very good. At night (all 3 nights spent at the hotel)?there was a continious far away ‘beating’ (a far away noise, perhaps music from a disco) that did not stop until early morning

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The interior is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the location is very convenient for getting around. What really stood out was the staff ! everyone was genuinely lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

This is a gem of a hotel. The staff are lovely and so helpful. It was in a good location but was also very quiet and peaceful. The outdoor area for breakfast was very relaxing. We walked everywhere around the old town and night bazaar. Always felt safe.
