The room was very clean and all have balconys - tennis court view is best, very quiet. The staff were wonderful as was the spa (hidden gem), the food was very good and outdoor pool large, lovely, a bit cool but refreshing. Nice gift shop, not high end items.
Piano bar is very relaxing.
A few things could be improved - carpets aging (there are rooms with wood floors), buffet breakfast is abundant and there are a la cart items. Food elsewhere in hotel is 4 stars, breakfast only 3 stars. but was included in room charge The hotel does not have a full on Italian feel as it is a N.A. chain, but large rooms are very nice.
One request as disabled person, is for a safer and easier swimming pool ladder for pool exit.
