Place was fine, dated rooms (they brighten the & edit the photos maybe a little too much!) so was actually surprised by the dated room that I actually checked the listing again to be sure what I thought I booked was in fact this room. Again fine stay, nothing exciting, clean-ish but nothing over the top. Hard water stains on shower that could have been buffed and removed in a minute (my house shower head looked cleaner) and the chain door lock screws were loose and so I was unsure if I felt safe and secure like other hotel door locks. I guess this is what you get for the price now. Not bad but not good, just a fine place to lay my head for an airport layover.

We stayed for one night and paid around $300. The room was clean overall, but the refrigerator was not working properly—it stayed warm and did not keep our food or drinks cold, which was disappointing. I would also like to mention the customer service. Logan at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and helpful during our stay. However, the receptionist at checkout was not welcoming. We greeted her, but she did not respond, which felt unprofessional and left us with a poor final impression. Overall, the stay was okay, but the non-functioning refrigerator and inconsistent customer service could definitely be improved.
