The Hyatt Regency was an average stay. The pool is small, and parking is very tight. The valet team was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional—but it takes a while to get your car because they have a long walk to retrieve vehicles.
Our biggest issue was check-in. We reserved adjoining rooms, but they weren’t available when we arrived and were given separate rooms instead. When we questioned it, the front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and made us feel like we were being dishonest. They found adjoining rooms the next day, but by then we had already unpacked, so moving wasn’t worth it. Overall, the great valet staff couldn’t make up for the poor front desk experience.
