Booked vacation for my cousins and they have a wonderful honeymoon. Thank you management for making their stay so memorable

Outstanding stay in all aspects,highly recommended

well maintained grounds and facilities. Plenty of helpful staff. On site recreation facilities good - water slides, crazy golf, table tennis. Food quality and variety good. Room air con good, nice showers, comfortable bed. Nice variety of swimming pools. Found reception a bit chaotic, always referred to another member of staff and often told to come back later. Surprised no secure luggage storage room following check out. Just leaving cases in reception does not seem a great idea from a security perspective.

Very friendly staff specially Mustafa and Hosam I call them smiley faces always greet us with polite smile they are great people . We recommend to visit Egypt and enjoy the greatness of this beautiful country.

Its was really a wounderful stay,well maintained resort,all workers are hard workers,very clean rooms,nice sandy beach,variant dishes every meal...highly recommended

Its a little bit old , but perfect condition, rooms are renovated. The food is the best you can have , different options, I really don't know why other reviews are bad about food , it was a 5 stars catering service , and so many varieties , the head chef is Khaled EL Fattah award winning chef , he is always on the floor checking everything with his junior chefs. The Junior suites are luxurious and the service from each and every staff member is 5 stars , pampering all the time starting from the Check in Desk to the ice-cream booth at the beach. If you want to have the best experience stay in this 5 stars resort, I will be back every year.

The booking was done through Expedia and got canceled by the hotel after deducting the full value of the two booked rooms , Expedia didn’t inform us with the cancellation and did not support us with the hotel management who refused to refund the deducted amount although we did not check in!!!

We have a great time, the stuff are extremely nice and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained And pols are very clean and fresh Love the place and will definitely come again!
