Ideal location for Murrayfield Stadium, just a 20 minute walk.

The beds were like sleeping on a pile of rocks. The worse bed and pillows we have ever slept on ever. The parking facilities were terrible. There are not enough parks for the amount of guests. It first in first served. If you dont get a park it bad luck and there are no alternative parking opportunities close by despite having paid for it. You were harassed at breakfast for provide proof of payment as you were eating. A terrible system!

Bathrooms cohld be cleaned better and maintance needed/ updated. Walls in the bedroom to be cleaned

The room was very small for 3, the old trash bin filled with garbage from previous guests was still there. Toilet needs to flush 3-4 times. Overall experience was terrible.

Room was clean. Stayed there for convenience for a concert. Only negative thing is the reception would be better at the other end of the building ie the top & not having to go up & down a hill.

Dayed dirty room. Curtaind didnt close properly. In need of a good paint refresh. Very noisy from.other gusts staff not helpful on complaining. Doors constantly banging. Rooms tired and need some care. Only 2 sockets in room not ideal. Lighting poor in room as well. Would not stay again.

I was not impressed with the standard of service provided by the hotel. The staff were either unhelpful and unfriendly, or friendly but untrained to deal adequately with the public. The main complaint I have was the absence of housekeeping of the room, which I was unaware of before the booking and which I would not expect from a 3 star hotel. In addition we had to collect towels and even toilet paper from the reception. Because no housekeeping was provided by the hotel, the toilet was not cleaned during our stay and we had to clean it ourselves!
