The hotel was not bad, but the ACs do not work properly in the rooms and I had no hot water. The 2nd night I did call down, and they had maintenance come up, and he was able to get me hot water, but again the 3rd night I had none. I was so exhausted and knew I had to get up early and travel home, so I just dealt with it, but for such a big place, I would expect them to have hot water. The TV remote barely worked; I had to push the buttons on the remote ten times just to get it to click on something. Overall, I do not think I would stay here again. Not having hot water alone is a no for me.
