The overall hotel was great but because I had multiple issues and can’t give it a 5 star Let’s start with the good thinks Well located Supermarket at the lower lever of that facility with also multiple coffee shops and restaurants Pool on the roof was amazing with a bar are small resto The hotel was clean and the staff was also great the bad First room the ac unit was making noice and the shower didn’t drain properly that all the water was coming back into the bathroom floor, that caused a mess, I really hope they fix that. Cause of these issues they changed our room but that cause another issue now the AC was barely cooling off the room comparison to the first room we mentioned that situation but we were told that it was fine, not to us , was really hard sleeping in the heat Beside that a great spoke but the rooms start showing their age of usages.

Excellent hotel with amazing location. Friendly staff, spacious clean room. Interior view from window was only downside Fab rooftop bar and small pool. Near to main square with bars and restaurants on doorstep

The hotel is ok. Definitely located in one of the top neighborhoods. However, the hotel needs some remodeling and fixing. Also; the nicest areas are the front desk and the rooftop.

Great Hotel ideally located on the beautiful Liberdade street, great shopping, walking distance to trends spots and restaurants. Fantastic rooftop bar and pool, with great view. Impressive breakfast!!!

Great location to many shops and restaurants. We loved the roof top bar and pool.

Excellent location , very clean hôtel , great service , avoid low floors

Our 6 day stay was amazing, very clean, friendly staff, highly recommend. The only downfall was the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable but i guess that depends of individual preferences.

Overall great experience, helpful staffs and comfortable bed!

We were very happy with our 4-night stay. What stood out were the exceptionally friendly and responsive staff and the fabulous rooftop pool and bar area. Everything else met our expectations and it was a great time in a great location.

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal
