Perfect location along the River Ness, just across from Inverness Castle and around the corner from the Inverness Cathedral. Easy walk to downtown area with lots of good dining options. Hotel sits on the Ness Walk - excellent for after-dinner strolls along the river! Hotel was well-maintained and rooms were comfortable, although there is no air conditioning - would have been a helpful feature since it was a bit warm during our stay in mid-July. Staff were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay again if I return to Inverness!

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is wonderful. It was very safe and quiet. Room service was very good. I would definitely come here again if I were to ever make it back to Scotland!

The hotel is very pretty and well situated in town right on the river. Our rooms were as described however; the ventilation in the room was insufficient. We visited in July and even with the fan on, windows open, the room was very warm and stuffy. We ordered drinks at the bar and service was rather slow (even while the bar was not full of patrons). Service at the front desk and around the property were otherwise very friendly and helpful.

Great location - walkable to many things in Inverness. I stayed in a cottage on the property, Very comfortable- a great stop before going into The Highlands of Scotland.

Lovely clean rooms and bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to local amenities , with lots of nice eating and drinking places to hand. Had a great room with view of river and castle which was a pleasant upgrade. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
