Staff were friendly. Food was delicious, Room was tidy and well kept. Evening entertainment could have been better

The whole resort is clean, ideal for families , safe. Beautiful trees provide the sunshade. Food and drink is also great

Our stay at Xanadu Hotel in Belek was okay overall. The food was good, with a decent variety and good quality throughout our stay. The biggest downside was the language barrier. We found it very difficult to find basic English-speaking staff, which made it a struggle whenever we needed help or had questions. The rooms and facilities were quite basic, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The Hotel and Resort all together are very old and outdated. I do not know how it is possible to have such a high rating. When we checked in we had to change 3 rooms until we got one that did not have a mold smell inside of the room. Avoid the bungalow rooms, I think those are the worst. Food was mostly average and drink selection is terrible. If you are looking for something premium avoid Xanadu. If you are looking for something cheap just to get away from home and have no expectations then this is your choice. The only plus is the staff who are very friendly and trying to do their best in the given situation.

Great hotel to stay great food

Foods are always great, best quality

We had a couple of nights in luxury at this spa hotel. It is well appointed with good communal areas and plenty of facilities. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities as well as a safe. There is the spa which is free to use but you pay for massages which has an indoor/outdoor pool plus sauna and steam room. There are numerous outdoor pools plus games areas. There is a private beach with adult only area and a large beach bar and restaurant. The main restaurant is a buffet with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a number of speciality restaurants. There is also a patisserie.
