Great visitor service

Bed was hard as a rock. Toilet made a dripping sound all night. It was very clean but there were unsightly stains in the bathroom. Breakfast was fresh.

Central location and very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were large and clean. Breakfast had a good selection, breads and pastries, yoghurts, fruit and cereals. Hotel is in a quiet street.

Lovely hotel with garden courtyard. Breakfast had a great selection and enjoyed sitting having breakfast in the courtyard. Not too far to walk to the train station , about 15 mins and the bus stop for the Alibus to the airport was about 7 min walk.

We had a 3 night stay.. The staff was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There was dust on the hangers, but easily resolved. Our daily breakfast was delicious and the Nespresso made for a perfect cappuccino every time! It was an easy 10 minute walk to the piazza del Duomo. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
