Overall good hotel. The room was more westernized and modern (in my opinion), but I appreciated that. Small bathroom, but I recognize that’s the norm for most Italian stays, so I’m not complaining. Just want others to be aware. The area felt clean and I felt pretty safe. Staff for the most part were nice. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall, I have no complaints!

This hotel is a hidden gem and perfect for those traveling to Florence and doing the tourist "thing" in historic Florence. The hotel location is perfect; close to the train station (8 minute walk) and close to the Duomo (2 minute walk) and everything else you may want to see.
In addition the staff was fantastic, especially want to make a shout out to Alessandra. She not only helped me perfect my Italian "Thank You", she offered her favorite local spots for dinner and gelato. Her friendly attitude each morning was refreshing and appreciated.
Yes, our room was small, but being in Florence is not about staying in the hotel it is about being out and about and seeing the sights.
Enjoy and you won't be disappointed if you stay here.
