We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately the experience did not justify the room category or price paid. Before arrival, the hotel informed us that we may receive a Grande Ocean View room upgrade and also confirmed a complimentary half-kg birthday cake. While we appreciate the gesture, the room did not feel like an upgraded or premium room. Some of the issues we experienced: • Room felt old, congested, and in need of refurbishment. • Damaged bathroom door and main entrance door that was difficult to open fully. • Damp wall patches, unclean carpet, and limited storage space. • Ants, insects, and even a lizard spotted in the room area. • Ocean view experience was significantly impacted by scaffolding and renovation work. • Complimentary birthday cake confirmed before arrival was never provided. The biggest disappointment was how our concerns were handled. We raised them politely soon after check-in, expecting a discussion around possible alternatives or solutions. Instead, we were informed that we could check out and receive a refund if we were not satisfied. Since changing hotels at short notice was not practical, we continued with the stay. I was equally disappointed with Expedia customer support. The concerns were raised during the stay while there was still time to help, but no timely or effective solution was provided. It felt as though the issue was being passed between the hotel and Expedia rather than being actively resolved.

This is ICONIC Hotel in JUHU, MUMBAI. Being from Mumbai, But LIVING in US. I always admired its Iconic Property & Location in JUHU. So far they maintained Cleanliness, Well Trained Staff, Well Location of Beach to the Property, Breakfast is so so. Not worth the money. Not what I expected from the Management. This Property NEEDS BIG TIME RENOVATION OF ROOMS & FLOORING. OR LET SOME OTHER OUT FIT RUN THIS HOTEL, SO THEY CAN FIX ALL THE ISSUES. SO IT CAN BRING MORE BUSINESS & bring old memories Back.

The view was great. Staff was excellent and very knowledgeable when needed information. The room was great and alway clean.

Amazing hotel would recommend to everyone

Swimming pool was not available as construction work being done . After I came back home the reason why all construction work was going on was because they have. Hilt a beach club

Overall the standard of the rooms was not good! The water pressure in the showers was terrible,the TV remote was not working during our entire stay despite numerous complaints and the changes to the swimming pool area was not mentioned when we booked the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room - below standard, poor, sink was plugged, towels were not supplied. Staff- average Overall- spending Rs 20k per room requires decent room, amenities and services. We are regular customer with Sun n Snad for last 30 yrs. Feel need to change our second home to somewhere else
