This was a wonderful stay. We had a few issues on the first day upon registration but the staff made up for it. I would first like to extend my gratitude to Cesar the manager. He is an excellent manager and very attentive to your needs. He went above and beyond with his kindness and generosity to ensure our stay improved and made us comfortable. He is great as a manager who takes accountability for his staff and they all work as a team to ensure your family gets the best stay. I would like to give a special thank you to enclave concierge Arely. She is amazing. Wonderful. Kind. She was helpful attentive and made sure our kids were taken care of. We celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday here and she made it very special. Guadalupe from restaurant reservation was also helpful. Nestor from the buffet restaurant as well as Gerry and chef Emmanuel and server Angel from La Luce were all fantastic and made excellent reccomendations that made our food experience once in a lifetime. The 2 ladies at the omelett station make amazing food and chilaquiles. The food at Maxal was tremendous. Quesabirrias is the go to here. The opportunity to stay hear beachfront is an experience ill never forget

Really good hotel and amazing food. The staff is very respectful but some are grumpy. The entertainment is two stars (compared to other hotels.) The hotel is mostly to relax, but if you are looking to have fun with entertainment, either go with an amazing group of family/friends or go to another hotel

The food was delicious and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a good experience, but the service was average specially in the buffet area. I often had to call to have the room cleaned and to get fresh towels. It would have been nice if these services were provided more consistently without having to request them.

Check in process took way longer than expected. Had reason to complain about a missed room cleaning day which was quickly fixed with no further issues during my stay. Steak house was excellent and staff is very friendly and willing to help. Not a fan of most foods served at the buffet which is not my criticizing the food quality/taste, may just be my personal palette. Hotel location is ideal if one is planning offsite trips.

Loved it for the kids but swim up bar should only be for adults . Many food choice options
