This has always been my favorite place to stay

Hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from old town (around 10 minutes). Parking is a block away and they also have parking at basement though is more expensive to park in the hotel. They have a restaurant but options for lunch or dinner are very limited and they have only 1 staff serving. Breakfast is better with many options. We ate something the night we arrived and also had breakfast the following day. We traveled with kids and they are in that age they are picky eaters so we ended up having breakfast outside the hotel the 2nd day. It was cheaper to eat breakfast outside. Rooms are spacious, clean, and some have small stairs inside. The reception is in the 2nd level which was weird but ok. Ground level has a bike rental parked inside, a lobby and elevators. We enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel.

Best location!, spacious rooms and great service

Staff, the few that there are, are very helpful & friendly. The fact that there is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room is a big minus for me in a supposedly 4 star hotel. Breakfast was adequate but not going to win any awards.

Great central location, parking garage was about 2 blocks away. We were there during a recent heatwave and the AC was much appreciated as it left the room chilly. The staff was very helpful as we had quite a few questions and requests. We ended up adding 2 additional nights to our original 4 night stay. Walking distance to the museum, restaurants, chopping, and the viejo part of town. Would stay here again.

The location is very central, just off the main shopping street. The room was clean, there was big bathroom with bathtub. We had really good breakfast. It's a fantastic hotel with reasonable price.

A good hotel close to most attractions. Hotel decor quite non descript, but clean & very functional

This is more of a business hotel. The room we stayed was clean, comfortable and everything was fine apart from the minimal distance between the toilet and the bathroom sink which made its use quite restrictive (apparently that’s the design for all rooms). Breakfast was good. In the evening, when returning to the hotel one has to buzz the reception, to open the main entrance in order to get to the lifts leading to the rooms. On a few occasions there was some delay buzzing us in which was not ideal.
