Lovely Hotel in a very convenient location. Breakfast was lovely and I actually found the single room great for 1 person. The second floor landing is a real stunner.

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but lacked variety. Location was excellent, near restaurants and ferry.

We stayed in the king suite with its own gigantic private balcony facing the beautiful Lake Como. It was heavenly. Breakfast in the garden restaurant was excellent. Well run hotel with friendly staff. Highly recommended to my friends.

The hotel rooms are extremely small and feel quite cramped, making it difficult for a couple to comfortably unpack and spread out their belongings. The staff, particularly some of the bartenders and security personnel, came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. During breakfast, I was asked more than five times whether I was actually staying at the hotel, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The breakfast service was also very slow. On multiple occasions, coffee arrived so late that I had nearly finished eating by the time it was served. Overall, the property feels overpriced for what it offers and could benefit from some much-needed updates and maintenance. The one major positive is the location, which is very convenient and makes it easy to explore the area. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the price, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Probably the best location possible in Como, literally right across the street from the ferries. Rooms do not have coffee makers. Internet did not work in our room, even after having the it guy come to our room. TV’s in room are very small.

Beautiful room, delicious bar and food with excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel both for location and experience. Thank you so much for everything! We will miss you!
