Luar Biasa Great family run hotel near the train station. The air conditioning worked great in July. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants and is close to both the train station and a water taxi stop if coming from the airport. A great value hotel. Also very quiet.

This hotel offers basic items with an excellent location. The room is small but generally clean and well maintained. If you have limited budget and would like to stay on the island of Venice, it is a pretty good option.

The property was in a great location near St.Lucia station and we were able to drag some heavy cases to the train station in a few minutes. Pretty central so a good spot for local amenities and set back from the main road for a slightly calmer atmosphere. Staff were friendly and had a nice authentic feel to the place. Air-conditioning was essential and functioned well. As with most Venetian hotels the lack of a lift/elevator was a pain, taking cases up to the second floor. Bathroom and as ball but we managed. Would recommend if you’re planning a trip Venice.

They allowed us an early check in, very helpful to accommodate our drinks that need refrigerated, and helpful to assist with directions. Language was not a barrier as they speak English well. Only a few minutes from the station and a few steps from stores and restaurants. Excellent location and value for money!!

The front desk staff were excellent—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is also in a great location: central, convenient, and feels safe at all times. The lobby is nice and well air-conditioned.
However, there were some significant issues during our stay. There is no elevator, and our room was on the third floor, which became difficult in extreme heat. The air conditioning only works in the room, not in common areas like the stairwell, making the climb uncomfortable.
In the room, the air conditioning eventually cooled the bedroom, but it struggled overall, and the bathroom remained very hot throughout our stay.
I would consider staying here again in cooler weather, but in high temperatures, the lack of effective cooling made our stay uncomfortable.
