The air conditioning in the room is too slow; it isn't enough to cool the room down. There is no rooftop terrace, and according to the staff, there never has been one. Yet Hotels.com describes this rooftop terrace and posts photos of it! We had specifically chosen this hotel for the air conditioning and to enjoy a panoramic view of the July 13 fireworks at the Eiffel Tower, so very disappointing.

The hotel was okay but probably not a 4 star. The rooms were a little tired and looked like they needed a refresh. AC worked which was great as it was very hot. The hotel staff on the whole were friendly. We used the bar and had food at the hotel which was nice but a little expensive.

The location was great and the room was clean and nice. My main problem was, it was during the heat wave and we booked this hotel because it said air-conditioning. We had no air-conditioning in the room our first four days of our five day stay. It was tough. Hotel was totally full so we couldn’t move. I had booked 2 rooms for our group and the other room was nice and cool the whole time.

This is a modern hotel, with a nice sized double room, clean and comfortable. It’s best attribute – if you get on the right side – is a good view of the Eiffel Tower. While near the iconic basilica and historic Montmartre, it is away from the historic center of the city. However, a metro stop is within walking distance which connects easily with other lines. With the more contemporary feel, the hotel loses some Parisian charm. Also – there was not shampoo in the shower! However certainly a good hotel at a good price.

Be aware before booking that this hotel does not honor refunds once you make a payment, under any circumstances. The staff do not respond to calls or messages either. I messaged the property asking a question before I got there and they never responded. When I got there, I told the front desk that I needed to shorten my stay to 2 nights instead of 3. I also had to prompt the front desk to answer their phone when Expedia tried to call them to attempt to get me a refund for one night that I would not be there (almost $300, so ridiculous). I think it’s distasteful and greedy to not refund guests when they are not occupying a bed. Speaking of beds, the beds were hard, creaked every time you moved an inch and overall uncomfortable. The only good thing I will say is that the hotel was clean and the front desk/house keeping were friendly. Management, do a better job at putting guests first before your greediness if you want people to recommend this place to others and to come back again.

Very clean and big room. Good location near metros and lots of restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff

This hotel should be rated at a 2 star as the hotel rooms only had shower gel and hand wash. There were no other toiletries at all. The room had no pictures on the room and we found tissue under the bed the first night only one bath towel and third night the same this is not a 4star hotel. When we went to the bar/ restaurant the wanted us to pay cash not put it on the room. Very strange. The staff were not particularly friendly. Just not a nice place to stay. Especially the price they charge.

Me and my daughter spent two nights at this hotel, we could not fault it. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the staff serving at the bar upstairs. Location perfect. We felt very safe in the evening after enjoying the local bars and restaurants. Having visited Paris many times this is definitely a hotel I would return to.
