Excellent location. Beds are firm and the AC is prime. The Italian stallions of a husband of mine tested the beds, and they also stood the test!! 5 stars!

We loved the location. The area was close enough to Duomo to make it easy and central but far enough away to make it quiet. The only real issue was having space for close or luggage. The room were were in had a loft where there was a television and a small sofa. But had no where practical to put your clothes. There were good amenities nearby. A cafe with great ambiance and homemade pastries. The street was quaint and quiet. We really loved the location and would stay there again.

Great room and location, the access to the room is kind of uncomfortable if you have a lot of luggage, the city taxes has to be paid in cash (only hotel over 4 that won’t accept credit card payments) but beside this, I would recommend it

Great stay in Florence!! This hotel is just lovely. So close to the train and all sights. Big clean room with a comfortable bed. Quiet and safe area. Would highly recommend!

The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the train station and many landmarks.

This hotel was the perfect for what we needed. We were staying in Florence for one night and needed something close to the train. Corte dei Sogni Boutique Hotel was clean, convenient and we will absolutely come back when visiting Florence. Just make sure to have euros on hand because their tax is only accepted with cash.

Clean and easy little place.

We had an amazing experience at this charming boutique hotel. The location couldn’t be better — everything from restaurants and museums to historic churches was within walking distance, so we didn’t need public transport at all. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the whole place felt cozy and homey. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality options like whole-grain bread, cheese, ham, prosciutto, yogurt, granola, and fruit. Eggs were freshly scrambled on request. Our room was spacious, beautifully renovated, and full of thoughtful touches — high ceilings, big windows with lovely street views, great Wi-Fi, and modern comforts like automated lights and a shower with a built-in thermometer. Despite facing the street, our room was perfectly quiet, and everything was spotlessly clean. We also loved relaxing in the peaceful outdoor patio. Being so close to the train station was another plus. Just a small note for future guests: city taxes are paid in cash, so it’s good to have a few euros on hand. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect — highly recommended!
