We were there to trail ride in our side x side. Parking is always a concern when traveling. No worries here. Plenty of room to park our dually truck, 12' trailer and side x side. They also have plenty of washers and dryers so you don't have to wait to wash your cloths.

Avoid this property unless it’s a last resort. Much better option closer to Bryce plus cheaper.

Not enough desk of chairs, also missing ample space to keep cloth or luggage. Wall A/C next to bed was loud, disturbing sleep.

We arrived and there were no other guests at the property at all. This should have been a red flag but we couldn’t cancel at that point without losing our money anyway. A note on the door said we needed to go across the road to another hotel to check in. There was a nice young lady there who was helpful. Our room was clean. The furniture was older and needed repairs. The WiFi didn’t work. So we went back across the street to the other hotel a few times and finally it was working. Unfortunately the young lady who was working there was the only person in both places. So she really couldn’t help at all. After a long day of driving, having to deal with all of this was a bit much. The beds need replacing. The property in general needs some love. Not sure why the reviews are as high as they are. Maybe it was just the unit we stayed in, who knows. We won’t be staying there again I’m afraid. Not worth the time, money and efforts we had to put out for a less than ideal stay.

Pleasantly surprised. Would have stayed longer. Close to Bryce. Check in is handled by motel across the street. Gas, groceries and a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner also right across. Expect to be out of service area and spotty satellite. Clean bath and great water pressure.

like the little cabin feel and its clean. its the fastest check in we ever did and the staff is friendly just the downside there breakfast but over all was nice and good

I had to call the number to get information on checking in. We had to go to the lodge to get the key to the cabin. Our cabin was lovely.

There was no laundry service parking was easy right next to the cabin rooms haven't been cleaned in quite a while overhead fan didn't work rooms were overpriced for what you get

Absolutely fantastic!! Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and cottages were clean.

The entire property seem neglected. Our first cabin was not clean with the front deck fence broken and over the porch. Requested another cabin, and got one without running water, sink area clearly under construction. We settled on the third cabin simply so my 80 year old mother could lay down. Microwave in this was still nasty and floors unswept , but the sheets were clean. The entire bed frame on one of the beds about to come apart. We ended staying for 2 nights, because I didn’t want to deal with trying to find something else with our limited time. It could be such a great place if a little attention were spent on it.
