Nice hotel

The property is nice but definitely showing its age. The staff is courteous and very friendly and always willing to help solve any issues. The AC could've been better. It was barely OK for my tastes and it started leaking. I made it aware to the cleaning people and they said they would notify the appropriate people but apparently never did. So several times the floor was a bit flooded as the cleaning people would remove the towel I put down. I notified the front desk and they had someone clean out the AC the next day. Then the unit worked 10x better. I no longer had to run it at max cooling level. I actually had to turn it down a bit. I am not sure why they do not clean it before each new client. The pool is very clean and never crowded. It's an excellent spot to relax. There are lots of shops in the complex on the main floor. Laundry, massage, salon, convenience store, and restaurants. All of the employees are kind and excellent to deal with. The price is a great bang for the buck. You get a full-sized studio instead of a small hotel room. A large balcony with a sea view. It's located right next to the mall, a 7-11 and Myth Night bar complex. It's a short walk to Soi Buakhao, Soi 6 and Walking Street. Of course, it's a 2 minute walk to the beach. A very optimal location.

Wonderful facility and location

Staff was great and responded to requests quickly. Room was nice with a few issues. Only downside is that I would rather see the exact room I was getting prior to arriving.
