Clean, small room. Rooms at the front are noisy. Good location for both train stations

We did not have the breakfast so we cannot comment. Check in and checkout were great. They held our luggage for us before and after we checked in/out. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, hallways had a very strong order. In general the rooms need aome maintenance.

Everything was great value for money. Staff could not have been more helpful. WiFi didn’t always work in the bedroom but aside from that this hotel is great and convenient for the Eurostar. Breakfasts were excellent.

This was our second stay here, chosen for a return visit mainly because of the excellent location close to Gare du Nord. Also because it’s a lovely hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful, great view of Sacré-Cœur, and the breakfast is fantastic. Our only issue was tiny bathroom; anyone larger/taller than average might struggle to manoeuvre themselves in! But to be fair we didn’t let reception know our thoughts on this until we were checking out and if we’d mentioned it at the start of our stay the lovely team would have moved us if they could have. Really recommend for location, staff and breakfast :-)

The room would have been fine if I had paid half of what I did. The walls were scuffed and peeling off. There is literally no where to set down anything on the room. No shelving, no closet. Seemed clean but I got bit by something both nights of my stay.

I was honestly pretty disappointed with my stay. The room felt cold and run down, and it looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. The overall condition didn’t match what was advertised, which was frustrating—especially for the price. I even paid extra for a balcony, and that ended up being a mistake. It definitely wasn’t worth the additional cost, and the room itself didn’t feel well maintained. The one positive was the staff—they were kind and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The main reason I chose this hotel was for the convenient location, since I had an early train from Gare du Nord. For that purpose, it worked. But aside from location and the friendly staff, the hotel itself didn’t deliver the value it claims, especially at that price point. I wouldn’t stay here again unless location was the only priority.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The lobby was well executed.
