We loved this hotel. We were greeted by a very friendly reception manager who gave us lots of information about the place, including warning us about the ticket scam at the entrance to Hieropolus! The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice with a good shower. Breakfast was good and the pool is so nice to swim in after a day’s sightseeing in the heat! The hotel has a shuttle that will take you up to the archaeological site. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel accommodation was in the last floor with no elevator, the air conditioner not cold, and the room night was too hot 🤒

Incredible value, lovely spacious room overlooking the pool, which is exactly like the photos. Bathroom and shower were great. The onsite restaurant serves very good food at reasonable prices and the breakfast is enormous, so many choices. I really recommend it to stay in Pamukkale.

We had to change rooms twice during the 4 night stay. Room 305 directly faced a street light and curtains were pretty thin. Could not sleep for first two nights and no other rooms were available. On third day the offered another room, we packed and moved in the morning. In the evening upon returning from day travels, we noticed that AC was not working properly. The staff tried to troubleshoot but could not fix it. We ended up packing again and moving to another room. It was a hassle. They shoul definitely add room darkening curtains and fix AC

The hotel is quite new. The swimming pool is beautiful! The slippers are very low quality which actually slippery if wearing them. It will be great if moisturizer is provided.

Great welcome from the staff. Good restaurant, excellent breakfast. Easy parking next to the hotel. I would recommend it.

When we looked at the hotel online, the area seemed a little sketchy, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. The walk to the bottom of the travertine terraces was about 10 minutes. The pool at the hotelwas beautiful and the selection of food for breakfast was good. The drive to Hierapolis was easy.
