Bathroom cleanliness was poor. The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable

The receptionist Vicky really made our experience a welcoming one. He upgraded our room when he couldn't find one in the non-smoking room. Additionally, he spoke with me and my fiance in English which helped us ease into the culture and community.

This is a budget hotel with very simple buffet breakfast. The room is big and clean. But air-con is not cold at all even it's switch to 16 degree. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel and few fast food nearby. Overall still fine for me.

I have been staying at this hotel last week..and booked for two rooms..when I opened the door (my room) the stench smeared on my sense of smell..it smells like the room does not have a good flow..while it has large windows..The towels provided are not well dried..The aircond is not cold while I have set it to the lowest degree.. For my friend's room, the bathroom was stuffy and smelly..it seems they are not well prepared when they know me and my friends will stay in those rooms for a week.. Food for breakfast was also very disappointing..the worst hotel breakfast I had by far..tastless.. It''s a new hotel..if the things I mentioned above lasting and no change, it's very harmful..this hotel is gorgeous when you get to the recepsionist desk but very disappointing when you start entering the hotel's rooms..I will not recommed this hotel to my friends and I will never stay there again..

There honestly isn’t much to do near the hotel but the hotel’s location is rather ideal. There are several fast food joints nearby and the train station is 10mins walk away. Convenience to the typical tourist!

I gave this a three because my wife kept getting bit, although I was fine. The breakfast was limited, but changed daily and there was plenty of coffee. The indoor eating area overlooked the river and the outdoor area overlooked the city. The staff was super nice and the room was big, with a toilet and shower that were big enough for me. The hotel is on a one-way street next to a small mall, with lots of local delivery options, including some American places like Domino's pizza.

Had to kill the cockroaches before getting to bed . Friendly service at the baling but nowhere to go outside.

I stayed at Yellow Bee Hotel last Sunday and checked out on Monday. I booked through hotels.com and requested one large bed, unfortunately the receptionist gave two small bed. The room was OK. Room is too big with minimal furnishings - clean. However it would be great if the management upgrade their cable TV service, its not fun to only watch local stations when you're on the weekend getaway. Breakfast is horrible. The worst hotel breakfast I had by far. I arrived at 9am for breakfast (breakfast provided with room was from 6-10am). There was hardly anything left but mee hoon. I could not even finished the mee hon as it tasted like feed which animals may reject! ; tasteless, very mushy. Tea finished too. So I just had coffee & water. When I complained, they responded by putting blame on me cause I came late! Is it not the SOP of the hotel to ensure sufficient and quality food for the whole buffet period stipulated? Why must there be a drastic shortfall towards the end (in my case 1 hour before buffet ended? ) I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and I will never stay there again, it was my first and last experience with Yellow Bee hotel in Tangerang.
