The service was slow.
Not the standard I wouldāve expected at this Hotel as I have stated here before.
The rooms are very poorly soundproofed.
The room was lovely, but there is no full length mirrorā¦
The room service food was appalling and when I complained about this in the morning, Iāve got a very frosty response from the receptionist even though they did cancel it off the bill I was made to feel. I shouldnāt be complaining.
Iām not sure that I would stay here again as it is a beautiful hotel, but they really do need to update a game with their customer service and the soundproofing of the rooms is really bad.

Very nice castle/hotel in experience. Fantastic views, helpful and efficient staff, good value, and very good dining. Will definitely return!

Lovely hotel set in lovely landscape, rooms big and comfortable however we stayed in the not so warm weather and found the lack of heating in the bathroom an issue but we were given a heater to help. Slippers would have helped as the floors in room were very cold
The rooftop area and gardens are exquisite and lovely to sit on warmer days. The staff are wonderful and the bar food wonderful, the restaurant is nice too and the staff very attentive.
Overall a great experience to stay in a castle .
