Friendly service at check-in and checkout. The room was clean and very spacious. Pool was small and it would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Overall though it was a very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this to anyone considering coming to Porto!

Great location, big apartment with 2 rooms and kitchen to be able to make breakfast, love the garden with the pool and sun late in the day!

Nice quiet location, with lots of amenities within walking distance. Staff were excellent and friendly. Note if you are driving and taking advantage of parking, it is a very tight entry.

It's really tough reviewing this property as location was great, and apartment coukd have been great. But faulty AC meant not only no working AC but dripping AC. We arrived Sunday and it was dripping. We reported it straight away and mopped up the mess. Next day we reported at desk, no action taken. Day after a maintenance person was sent to fix. We went exploringabd came back to a flooded flat and water pouring from AC. We hsd booked this trip as a big birthday bash abd instead had no AC and spent 2 of our 3 nights mopping up water. The second night we'd planned the birthday party and it was awful. The floor was slippery, rug sodden. We had to use all towels to clean. Additionally there were gross drain flies in all the rooms sitting on everything. We sent pics and videos of these. We got no response after we left and had to involve hotels.com. then we were given 1 night refund when actually our entire trip was made pretty rubbish because of dangerously wet floors, mopping, flooding, no AC, drain flies and poor communication. Propert was not as advertised and unsafe. Luckily gift was moved off table but that woukd have been destroyed Really spoilt a special big birthday treat. Photos and videos available. Not loading for some reason on phone app. Will try on desktop. I would have expected better customer service so really disappointed.drain flies 3 out 3 nights no AC. 3 out 3 nights mopping up leaking AC, 2 out 3 nights flooding with 1 night totally soaked.

Vraiment convivial, propre et magnifique! Nous avons eu la chambre 0.5 et elle vaut le détour. Nous avons eu du plaisir à la découvrir et se l'approprier pour notre séjour. Nous reviendrons à cet hôtel sans hésiter!

It’s clean room and spacious. Staff are friendly and nice quiet garden with pool to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Good location apartment was a lot smaller than advertised with no balcony I may not have booked had I known . Unfortunately our upstairs neighbour walked around all night long with creaky floor boards had no sleep for 3 nights

Fantastic apartment, spacious, very clean, perfect score 10/10. The staff were great at communicating and accommodating last minute requests and always with a smile and professionalism.

Did not use it because the weather was still too cold.
